JIFFY.ai's AI-powered Document Processing System extracts key data from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents—like IDs, invoices, and receipts—seamlessly feeding it into downstream systems.
Little background about the problem
Manual invoice processing is slow, costly, and error-prone, burdening enterprises with inefficiencies. An automated solution is needed to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and cut processing time.

User research uncovered key pain points and how people navigate them in their daily routines.
We spoke with users to learn about their day-to-day problems. It became clear that many of them face the same difficulties and are trying to work around them.

Low-Fidelity & High-Fidelity Screens
I created the first-draft for low-fidelity screens. The core ideas included dashboards and document training screens.
Through continuous feedback and iteration, these wireframes were refined into high-fidelity mockups—bringing clarity to user interactions, visual hierarchy, and accessibility. Each screen was thoughtfully designed to align with the users’ workflows and ensure a seamless transition into development.

I conducted moderated usability tests with customers to observe their navigation of the prototype to identify any roadblocks and behavioural patterns.
